Client not lining with Snom 320 handset`

    My client has lost the ability to use the hot key to quick dial a highlighted number. We have reprovisioned the handset and reloaded the config file but this has had no effect.

    When an attempt is made, the number is called but the handset displays nothing, and the call recipient just gets silence.

    Firmware is all up to date. Client is up to date. Running out of ideas to fix this.

    Hi Matt,

    I think the key question is - what happened to cause this behavior ? firmware upgrade ? 3CX upgrade (client or server) something must of caused this.

    Is the machine the client runs on up to date with Windows updates and .NET Framework ?

    Hi,

    Presume you use CTI to dial the highlighted number?
    Yes, then make sure BLF keys 1 and 2 are defined as Line key.
