Client Side Salesforce plugin

    Hi we have intergrated the salesforce crm both server side and have also tried using the plugin to automatically bring up caller details however it will not launch salesforce records in a new browser can anyone help?

    We are a new support charity.

    Hi @Mike Carroll-Owen,

    The server side CRM integration will not automatically popup the contact record. When you receive an inbound call from a contact found in Salesforce, the 3CX Web Client (not 3CXPhone) will show a link to open the contact, but it will not be automatically opened in a new tab.

    On the other side, the client side plugin will open the contact in a new tab when the contact is found. If this is not happening, please check the logs from "%AppData%\3CXPhone for Windows\Logs", and if there is any issue you will find it there.
