    We started using the 3CX system last week and we love it!

    But we have one problem: due to our business model we need to have a different message every week, for the hours our office is closed. Now we use the digital receptionist to provide the message, because we don't want a voicemail to accept messages. The problem with this solution is that we do have to change te .wav file every friday.

    We are able to program holidays to deliver different messages. Is it als possible to program the digital receptionist, say a year in advance? It is also not an option to program every day in the year as a holiday because when I program a holiday the system uses that for the entire day and there will be no calls coming in during the office hours (apart from the obvious amount of work that would take).

    Hi there,
    This can't be done through the PBX functionalities however I think you should look into the 3CX Voice Application Designer to develop a smart IVR using prompts based on current date.
