    Hi

I have a client who uses a cloud based CRM called BrightOffice, which they access using Internet Explorer.

I want to create some kind of CRM Integration so customer records pop up etc.

but I don't know where to start, could anyone point me in the right direction to some tutorials?

    Thanks for the help.

What is the difference between the two web services SOAP and REST? Is this something I need to find out from the CRMs developers? Or does it not make a difference which I chose?

Yes, you need to find out from the CRM developers. Those are 2 different approachs to web services. Modern web services are REST based, while old web services use SOAP.

    Thanks for the help.

I will try speak to the developers today and see how I get on with it.

If I create the plugin and it doesn't work, how do I diagnose problems?

3CXPhone logs are located at "%AppData%/3CXPhone for Windows/Logs".

    Kind regards.
    Ernesto.

The Link on that page to download the template generator does not work. Is there another place to download the Generator?
