    Hello,

We are considering moving our customers to 3cx cloud express. I have setup a trial account for testing. During the trial setup i have an option to use 3cx cloud provider (ovh) with a free trial account.

My question is when we buy a license and install, does 3cx give the option to seamlessly use 3cx cloud provider. We would prefer to use 3cx cloud provider (as opposed to third party like google, amazon) etc as the integration will be seamless. If so is the provider ovh and what is the cost

    Thanks

    Hi @Jiveman ,

3CX is currently offering only Trial setup under its cloud hosting service.

OVH is a popular and tested choice. As soon as you follow the installation guides, the integration should be seamless on any of the suggested providers.

    Thanks. this helps

Is the cloud version multi tenant ? can we manage many different customers with one login ?

Also with the cloud version, if we use aws as hosting, can we host multiple customers with one virtual aws machine or do we need a different aws vm machine for each customer ?

    Hi Guys
The cloud version is not multitenant. With the introduction of 3CX on linux, multitenant can go so you will have many debian installs dedicated to 3CX on a separate hosted instance. There are many advantages to this approach. You can also see Giants like Google Amazon, Azure orchestrating price wars for hosting.

However now you will have more machines to admin and check. This is true. So we are working in the direction to make the admin's life easier.

First we need to strengthen the admin by avoiding the need for him/her to go to SSH. Unless it is really critical - but then we both know that if the situation is serious you will forced to SSH. But at least we reduce the number of logins. So in the next upcoming updates we will get a feel of what's coming. For sure in part 1 we will reduce 50% of common reasons to SSH.

After that, the 3CX Partner and reseller portals (which already show your associated client details, FQDN, HDD Space, last backup, etc,) will start to receive incremental updates which will end up in an extension to the dashboard where you can see and manage your instances.

Just some casual talk to share some top level ideas regarding this area of 3CX.
