Cloud V12 Slow Extension Editing

    Hi

    I realise that this is a little old now, so, not expecting any sort of official support - but, I have a few clients on V12 cloud and over the past week, it has become slower and slower.

    In fact, on one instance, clicking on an extension just brings the spinning circle and nothing changes until it automatically logs you out.

    Is there a quick simple fix before upgrading?

    Hi ezpc,

    Did you try to clear IIS cache ?

    I did without much luck - the server had been on over a year and I noticed that various 3CX processes were at very high CPU/Memory.

    I just gave the server a restart and it is back to normal.

    Sorry for bothering! I guess the real answer is to upgrade...
