    Andy,

    Please describe environment where you got this log message. It is a "Stale handle" as it is printed.
    "Log" has a prehistory as well as post-history...

    sorry when it comes in log it have had some pre history but no posthistory - but the log is out of sight now -

    if it comes again i will come back with the pre history log
