I have two Linksys SPA-3102 (most current firmware release) ATAs on the same LAN as the PBX. I'm trying to initiate a call from ATA1 (extension 101) to ATA2 (extension 102). The handset for ATA2 rings. On ATA1 I hear the PBX say, "Cancelled". I have a softphone (extension 103) that can RECEIVE calls from either of the ATAs without a problem. The softphone fails to connect to either of the two ATAs when it initiates the call, receiving the same error as if calling from 101 to 102. The following is the log of the ATA to ATA call. ATA2 is 192.168.5.204 and ATA1 is .203, the PBX is .111. All devices show as registered and Available under Extension Status. Any ideas as to the nature of the CM503003, 400 Bad Request? ... or a reference to an error code document?

Were the 3102's used elsewhere before you set them up on 3CX? Just wondering if they had a factory reset before you data-filled them? Did you set hem up manually? They should be pretty straight forward ( especially if you aren't using the FXO portion to begin with) after getting the network/router portion set up properly. I prefer using a set IP on all "local" devices, and disabling the router (DHCP) portion along with setting it to Bridge mode. You can post some of the pages (Line) from the unit and I'll look over your settings
