[CM504005]: Registration failed error message

    Hi all,

    Well firstly I'm running the latest version the 3CX Phone System in a VM and quite happy with version 9 so far but I’m having a problem registering my SIP provider and I cannot work out why.

    I have my old 3CX Phone System version 8 running in a separate VM and have been comparing settings between the two and settings are identical.

    Here is a snippet from the server activity log

    10:14:10.706 [CM504005]: Registration failed for: 10000@PennyTel; Cause:
    10:14:10.487 [CM504003]: Sent registration request for 10000@PennyTel
    10:13:10.471 [CM504005]: Registration failed for: 10000@PennyTel; Cause:
    10:13:10.221 [CM504003]: Sent registration request for 10000@PennyTel
    10:12:10.190 [CM504005]: Registration failed for: 10000@PennyTel; Cause:

    Also my SIP provider is Pennytel.

    Any help on this topic would be greatly appreciated.

    Have you asked them to look at whether or not they are seeing your registration attempt, and if they are, are you sending something incorrect. If they are not, then you may have a network issue at your end.
