[CM506004]: STUN request to STUN server 75.101.138.128:3478

    I'm getting the following error from the latest version of 3cx. I believe it is responsible for my line being unable to register.

    The 3cx machine is behind a NAT. The following ports are forwarded.
    UDP & TCP 10000-50000
    UDP & TCP 9000-9015
    UDP & TCP 5060-5061
    UDP & TCP 3487

    I was having the same problem this morning and found changing the STUN servers worked well.

    Go General -> General Settings -> STUN server options and change to the following :-
    stun.ekiga.net
    stun.xten.com

    Leave ports at 3478.

    As soon as I made this change, both my lines registered fine.

    Same issue here for the last couple of hours. Changed STUN servers to above and all is well again.

    I also have the same issue. The 3cx STUN servers are down?

    Same issue here. Solved with Deerfield tech advising different STUN. None of our phones would register.

    Apparently both stun.3cx.com and stun.xten.com resolve to the same ip.

    Looks like the backup stun server is never even tried.

    I had to use stun.ekiga.net to get things up.

    The stun server entries resolve to stun.xten.com and stun.ekiga.com

    We will be changing to different stun servers tomorrow. However its best to change the entries to your providers stun server... For example stun.sipgate.net:10000 is a very fast and good stun server
