Coach/monitor/join call feature

    Does 3CX support the "coach, monitor, join call " feature like in Televantage? One of my customers is currently on televantage and would switch to 3CX if this feature were available.

    How exactly barge-in in v8 works?
    Is the one barging in being heard by any of the other parties?
    We would like a monitoring feature that works real-time.

    Thanks for the clarification.
    So Barge will make the other parties (caller and answerer) hear you?
    A shame, I thought it was what you refer to monitoring.

    has this been done for version 9? I'm dont see how to do it...
