    Good morning I'm new
    I have installed a 3cx with 8 interiors, it works fine, but I have problems managing the queues and I hope you can help me:
    1: When I pass an external call to an internal colleague if he is busy I'm not reported (although I did not set up multiple call accepts) and I would like that if busy the call goes back
    2: at the call input I set to ring 3 phones at one time, the problem is that if one responds the other two have on the phone's diplay (yealink) the missed call message
