Company PhoneBook Error

    Good day,
    we have added all our customers numbers on our 3cx Company PhoneBook , but when customer called us we get as name "ring group name" ? check the attached snapshot

    There is a system option to add the ring group, and, or, queue name to a displayed number. As you seem to have that option enabled, it may be overriding (pushing out if the way) the customers name, especially if the RG/queue name you have chosen, are long. Try changing the names to one or two characters.

    where this option located so i can disable it ?

    For both ring groups and queues, look under Settings/General/Global Options/System Wide Options, at the bottom.

    For queues only, In version 11 it's in...Settings/Advanced/Custom Parameters, and is called AppendCIDqueue

    I'm assuming that in version 12 it is the same, or similar.
