Concurrent Call line usage

    Hi All,
    I have a trunk with 8 lines and I would like to know statistically how many of these lines I'm using.

    - maximum concurrent external calls during the day will be a nice start.

    I was also curious about this so I opened a ticket with tech support. Here is their answer:

    Hello Allen Miller,

    This can be seen by opening the BLdef file (found in C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Logs) using the log viewer found here: http://www.3cx.com/blog/docs/3cx-log-viewer/. After that in the find field search for "currently active calls" without the quotes and that should bring up the matches one by one. You may also be able to see this in the activity log under Troubleshooting node.

    There is a request in to have a dashboard of sorts with call statistics in real time.

    What Allen got as a response was most likely to the question "how can I check how many sim calls of my license am I using?".

    If you want to see how many concurrent calls you have on a Trunk, in the Management Console -> System Status -> Ports/Trunks, you should be able to see all calls in and out from each trunk.

    That's correct Nick. In my case - I wanted to be able to review history to review - as opposed to just seeing what was happening realtime now.
