    Hello Everyone,

I am trying to get the conference feature working. Everything else is working great. I can do internal conference calls with no issues, however when I dial in from an outside line, I get the prompt that says "Please enter conference ID", I enter the same one I used to create the conference from the desk phone, then the call just drops. No warning or message.

I am running the standard version with 4 lines. Version 12.

I have reviewed all my firewall logs and there are no packets to 3CX being blocked. One thing that is a little strange, is in all the manuals and setup docs for conference it states there is a field for number of conference rooms and how many per room. Neither of those two options are there for me. This would be at Settings --> Advanced --> Conference. All the rest of the options stated in the manual are there.

EDIT: In the verbose logs, it states at the end of the transaction: "USER HUNG UP" That is not the case, I just pressed the pound key.

Thanks for any help in advance. I have been searching these forms and google for 2 days trying to get this going with no luck so far. Below is the "Activity Log" for when this happens. PS. The rest of 3CX is AWESOME so far!

    Here is the log:

I wish it were so easy. I have attempted every dial style as well as calling in from multiple phones with no luck. I have gotten it to work a couple times, (Like one out of 50 tries). Once connected everything goes very well.

    Any other thoughts?
