Conference Call & Phantom Extension

    Hi ,

    I’m experiencing the following problems :

    1 - Conference call
    I’m trying to make conference call with no result at all.
    When I call the extension 700 , I get connected, but no audio response comes from the system.
    Before knowing that 700 was the default conferencing extension I had configured the 700 extension to a user
    That I later moved to another extension.

    2 – Phantom Extension
    To solve the previous problem I set the log detail to full, and I found that on startup the server try to register
    Many extensions that I don’t actually have in my extension list (737,738,739,740 ,809 ??) .

    My 3CX version is 6.0.806.0 running on windows server 2003.

    Can you help me ? Any suggestion would be appreciated.

    Hi, have you set up italian as default language?

    go in system message and set english as default language. i think it's work now.

    let me know, i've solved
