configuration for voipbuster.com

I'm used to use X-lite, but some-one showed me the 3CX Softphone,

Now I try to get it working with voipbuster , but I get confused.

It starts with a "connection settings" screen where I have to fill in my extension number etc. See http://www.groningerdakkapellen.nl/3CX.html

Did I download the wrong version?

Suggestion what to fill in?

I want to use it directly with Voipbuster.com, so not with a own PBX.

You would put in your phone number where it says extension number.
