I have connected my 3CX pbx to a switchboard/call center server-solution via a generic SIP trunk. When, of any reason, a call is forwarded to the trunk, the called party (b-number) is omitted, and only calling (a-number) and forward to (c-number) is passed on to the connected system.

Is it possible to configure 3CX to send both a-, b- and c-number? (as this acts as input to the cc/switchborad software).

I have to configure the SIP trunk with DDI and assign a connection (e.g. a spesific extension) where incomming calls will be passed to. This will not work for me, as the trunk has to be transparent and treat incomming calls as they were originated in the pbx. That is, a incomming call to extension x is forwarded to x and not to y because of DDI rules.

How do I configure the generic trunk to pass incomming calls to the dialed number and not to DDI references?

As a novice of 3CX and firsttimer on the forum I look forward to some guidance if possible.
