    Good evening all,

I have a VoIP account with iinet in Australia, and for the life of me, I can't figure out which options go in which section of the VoIP setup.

    I have the following details:
    VoIP number
    VoIP username
    VoIP password
    SIP Server
    SIP Domain

But I am not sure which option of the SIP server and domain go in which section of the 3cx setup!

Does anyone else on here use iinet for their setup, and if so, can you provide any details on which options go where!

Thanks all, hopefully I can get this sorted as I am tearing my hair out! :)

    Register/Proxy : sip.state.iinet.net.au port 5060
    Outbound Proxy :sip.state.iinet.net.au port 5060
(change 'state' to your state you live in eg : sip.nsw.iinet.net.au)

For the Stun server just use any stun address.
I use stun.voxalot.com on port 3478 for all my VOIP providers.

I am sure this will be correct.

Let me know how you go.

Ok, got that set, but I am still getting the same error, which on actually reading it a little closer almost looks like something isn't getting through...

CM113006] Registration of sip:0863XXXXXX@sip.wa.iinet.net.au has failed; reason=Request Timeout

    Any ideas?

    OK for the Register/Proxy field.Try iinetphone.iinet.net.au

So change it to look like this:

    Register/Proxy : iinetphone.iinet.net.au 5060
    Outbound Proxy :sip.wa.iinet.net.au port 5060

For the Stun server just use any stun address.
I use stun.voxalot.com on port 3478 for all my VOIP providers.

    Then see if it works.

ps. Have you had this working before with a VOIP router or a ATA.
Just asking to see if you have had this account working before..To rule out any authentification probs.
