Configuring DID Number

    Sir,

    I have downloaded the free version of 3CX PBX Software. I have done the rest of the configuration. But I have a DID number which is +14166289907 and have also configured that DID number in this software. But when I called on this DID number the calls that come to this DID number is not further transferred to the agents workstation connected on LAN. I have created 10 extensions.

    Please tell me what I have missed out.

    I have a few questions for you.

    1)...what version of 3cx are you using???
    2)...who is your did provider???
