    hello guys,
I'm a newbie to 3cx, so pardon me if i'm asking a obvious question.
Is there any way we can setup a max. call duration time so that the call gets disconnected automatically if it exceeds the defined time limit. i'm talking about incoming calls.

    regards,
    sufian

This is usually a function handled by a gateway.

In a normal office environment there isn't a lot of call for cutting off a conversation after a given time, in fact it would be very undesirable. I could understand the desire for this feature if you were had some sort of re-seller service, offering time limited phone calls, to customers. That really isn't the intended function of 3CX. Perhaps someone else has come up with a "work around".
