Confirm to Accept does not always play

    I'm having several problems with the "Confirm to Accept" option for calls that are forwarded to an external number.

    1) Sometimes the confirm announcement does not play. All the user hears is "dead air". They can guess what is going on but not a good situation.
    2) When the script does work it starts speaking very quickly and does not always give the user a chance to hear the announcement. This is especially the case when using a cell phone because you have to hit the accept call button then place it to your ear which isn't always a quick action.

    Is there something I can generate to help with the diagnosis of No 1?
