    Hi

I have installed and configured most of my needs for a test setup. Impressive :)

I am currently subscribed to a VOIP provider and have 1 number on which i can make and revice calls. For some reason the 3CX is reporting the VOIP line as not registered but the 3CX phone connects to the VOIP provider form the same machine.

How can i debug the VOIP connection?

    Checking VOIP Provider line status

    Hi,

Thank you for your feedback :D

What provider are you using? Could you give us the URL?

Which ports did you open on the internet facing firewall?

Does the VOIP Provider line show up in the Line Status screen? What is the exact status it shows?

Could you go to the server status screen, copy and paste the log and send it to support@3cx.com? With this info we can see whats going on.

    regards,

    Nick

    Hi

We are trying 2 provider, SIPgate and Phoneline (http://www.phoneline.com.mt).

The 3CX server has full outbound access (All outbound as specified by ISA 2004 plus port 5060). Am I missing some other port? The 3CX phone on the same machine machines to register fine with these providers.

The VOIP provider does appear as 'not registered'.

The server status shows little info i can understand, however shall email this shortly.

    William
