Connection is distorted

    When phoning, the connected called person's goes on and off for sometimes a few seconds, for sometimes a longer period. What could be the case?

    (Until a few days ago 3CX Phone functioned quite well) Did not do anything peculiar at the time.

    What it means "goes off"? Audio missing, video missing or both?

    Is this going through the 3CX PBX or directly to a VoIP provider? If through 3CX, are other extensions experiencing the same problems? If directly to a VoIP provider, have you tried using the PC at a different location (high speed connection)?
