Connection issue on 3Cx assistant v9

    I cant connect from 3 cx assistant. I tried local/remote with pin and password but no sucess
    Just a message "Logging in" on status bar

    3Cx server v10 patch 1
    3cx assistant v9
    windows 7

    3CX Assistant doesn't work with V10 at all, you need to use MyPhone.

    I need integration to Dynamics CRM 2011.
    The mainly reason for I buy 3Cx is the crm integration.
    So I need to downgrade to v9 server?

    CRM integration will be available shortly for V10. If you need it right now and can't wait then yes you need to downgrade.
    If you can wait a few weeks then I would hold out.

    Not normally but all I can say is soon. I will say this, if you can't wait 30 days or so then switch.
