Solved Connection Lost to 3CX Hosted instance

    Hi Everyone, we signed up for a 3CX Express trial and chose the 3CX hosted option (Sydney) but after we performed the first round of updates we can no longer access the console.

    We can ping the name, but the webpage doesn't load.

    How do we get assistance with this?

    Its possible that your trial was deleted if you have not used it in 3 months. The free trial does not include any support. If you need support, its best you look for a reseller in your area for advice on how to configure 3CX for your company. You can find a reseller on the find 3CX reseller page here

    Thanks Nick. We only launched this instance in the last 24 hours, since we ran the updates, shortly after the web management has stopped working. Using the 3CX hosted option, we have no means to check if a server is operational. I see there is another similar post which may be related, though because we are 3CX hosted, we may require 3CX to restart the google instance.
