connection with GXW4104

    Dears
    i setup my system to use phone over wifi, now i can communcate with internal extention,
    but when i dial any external nomber, i still can hear the tone, and the timer is running, and i get this msg from the status screens

    have you tried using the 3CX VoIP Client for an external number? If Yes, is it working or just the same?

    Is the extension number that you dialed ringing?

    Is the GXW4104 registered on the 3CX Phone System?

    Try check or uncheck the Wait for Dial Tone in your GXW4104.

    Could you please upgrade your system to version 5.1?
    I'm expecting it will resolve a lot of issues.

    actually, it was something in the configuration of the gateway, as the extension ID was wrong.
