Constant ringing, HT-503 not passing cell phone call to 3CX

    I am having the same problem i was with the SPA-3102 of no calls from a certain phone (2 phone on the verizon network so far) that ring endlessly. Nothing shows up in the 3cx log and I don't see a log or anything in the HT-503's management. Why can't stuff just work?

    I have the exact same phone (Motorola Q) as one which does not work and it works perfect. I'm going to try to update the other phone and see if that helps.

    Updated the phone to no avail. I must just be cursed?
