A client of mine would like to know if it is possible to group contacts using O365? And syncing these contacts to the private phonebook of the users. so that they have a group "Administration" - "Sales" - "technical support" So that the people from sales cannot contact the suppliers that are only in contact with the people from administration. I thought about using contact groups and making these groups available to the user in O365, but I cannot seem to get it working just right. any ideas or tips how to achieve this and if it actually works in 3cx?
