Contact IP .... is a hostname

    I get the following message on a outbound call:

    [CM010001] Line configuration does not allow identification of the source of this call. Check Advanced Options for Gateways and Providers and match a field to a correct value from the following: Contact IP: 'voip.domain.tld'; From: User.ID'; To: '+10005'; Rline: '+10005'; Contact: ''

    The "menu" allows to enter a IP address, but in this case I would need to allow a "hostname".

    Any ideas?

    What are you doing exactly? You are doing an outbound call through the voip provider you registered - voip.domain.tld?
    Doing this from an extension? The sourceof this call is actually the extension you are calling from. What is the type of phone? soft/hard? Is the phone registered correctly?
    Do you receive this error message if you try the same procedure - outbound call (exactly the same) BUT using a different source? Maybe a different phone and extension? Perform this test please before and confirm this.
