Contact Options

    In the Contact Options there's a way to add the Group/Queue/DID name to the CLI...

    Is there a way to select which will one will get added - Group/Queue name OR DID?

    having the Group/Queue name AND the DID of the Group/Queue AND the callers CLI is just too much info scrolling on the phone display

    Personally, I just need the Queue name followed by the callers CLI - the DID of the queue doesn't mean anything to our call centre agents.

    If the DID name is not of importance, you could always leave it blank in the DID Inbound rule.

    Selection of names in Caller ID

    Phonebook display could be improved by adding options to display only first letter of first name :idea:
    best way would be to add check boxes for selection :?: Append/prepend can be in menu...
