Contact unregistered after 3 minutos of server start

    Hello,

    I have the 3CX Server Free License running in a Windows Server 2008 R2 with some softfones clients. I use only in LAN network.

    It was working fine, but suddenly after a blackout, the softfone clients unregistered 3 minutes after the server start and stays unregistered.

    I checked all configurations, reinstalled the 3CX Server, disabled the firewall but nothing works.

    Can anyone help me?

    Well, first check to see if all the 3CX services started and are running (some may not be as a result of the free license). Next, is it possible that the server IP address changed and that the phones are now trying to communicate with a non-existent PBX?

    Does the server have more than one NIC or IP that is active and, if so, is it possible that the software is now bound to it rather than the one of interest?

    Look in the settings and security and see if somehow or another the IP address where the softphone(s) reside is blacklisted.
