Contacts and Presence do not work for remote clients

    I have 3CX behind a reverse proxy which has resulted in presence and contacts not working (soft-phones report that they could not contact the API but can still make phone calls). If I take the reverse proxy out of the picture it works. Does anyone have any insight into what might be going on?

    Port 80 and port 443 are open (v14 on IIS).

    Does 3CX even work through a reverse proxy? Does anyone have it in that configuration?
