Contacts not syncing from Exchange 2013 after Office365 setup

I followed the instructions to the letter in this document: https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/pbx-crm-integration/#h.5q3i8vyk3vdt

Yet my contacts from Exchange are not Syncing from Exchange to 3CX. No errors, just no contacts.

Please enable verbose logs for 3CX and check the "3cxSystemService.log". If there is any error during synchronization, you will see it there.
