Hello all,
We are trying to make an outbound dialer with the help of the example https://www.3cx.com/docs/cfd-creating-outbound-dialer/
Now, we know that we can put a date-time condition to control the call flow for a definite time and date. But we want a bit different from that. We would like to control the outgoings of the calls in a flexible way, meaning at any point in time (within the stipulated time given in the voice app) we can stop and start our calls to customers.
For example, what if the whole CS team are not available for picking up the calls, the system would be calling the customers automatically and then there would be no one to pick up - obviously, we do not want that.
We do not want to always update the voice app either - a very bad idea I guess.
So in fine, is there a way by which we can control the call flow and stop and start making further calls whenever we want without affecting the current ongoing calls or environment.
Thanks in advance,
ZS
