Conversation allways stops after 32 sec

    I have an very strange problem with 3CX.
    Have allways hung up call after 32 seconds, internal and external calls.
    Is there anybody with similar problem?

    Here are server log:
    12:11:50.578 StratLink::eek:nHangUp [CM104001] Call(9): Ext.200 hung up call; cause: unknown
    12:11:18.312 CallLegImpl::eek:nConnected [CM103001] Call(9): Created audio channel for Ext.101 (192.168.178.37:33908) with third party (192.168.178.48:5004)

    I had a similar problem, lost a lot of sleep and hair trying many things. Eventually did a backup, un-installed, rebooted, clean install, restore - slept well :lol:

    Same problem

    It seems like this problem is something that is seen regularly. I'm currently facing exactly the same issue with internal and external calls - on ATA-based and Voip hardphones. Hmmm - already tried to un-install and install everything as proposed here - did not work - any suggestions anyone? Thanks!

    Try a different PC. Not the ideal solution but if you can test it out on another one it's pretty easy to transfer over.

    This way you can find out if it's the hardware (current PC), software (OS and/or 3CX issue), or even network/phone hardware.
