Conversations are not recorder by MyPhone

    Hi,

    I would like to record all my conversiations thru the 3CX system.

    I have activated all the necessary options at the extension:
    - record all conversations
    - enable to see the recorded conversation in MyPhone
    - enable to delete the recorded conversation in MyPhone

    If I sign in to my myhone account everything is deactivated, no conversations are recorded.

    Does somebody know what the reason can be?

    We have a hosted version of 11.0.28976.849 SP4 at a professional 3CX-provider.

    This is a feature of the paid versions. In the free edition it is not available.

    Since it was mentioned they are on a hosted version, I'm assuming it is a paid version. However, it may be possible that the provider has disabled recording due to the disk space usage it can incur. Since you are using a hosted 3CX instance with a professional provider, I would contact them for support.
