Could not bind UDP receive port. Error 10013 (Unknown error)

    In the last week Broadvox started having SIP problems in Dallas and since then I am seeing this when I do a firewall test - "Could not bind UDP receive port. Error 10013 (Unknown error)"

    Nothing has changed on this 3CX Phone System Version5.0.3790.0 system which has been running with no problems for several months.

    This comes and goes. I this a local problem or a broadvox problem?
