Hi everyone! Forgive my ignorance, my team had an idea today that I'd like to explore. We use SalesForce Cases for our client support and a big pain point for us is having to ask for the clients name and business so we can then create a case. Is there a way for an incoming call to create a case based on the incoming phone number? Any help would be great! Best, Simon P.S Also we are on SalesForce Classic.
