Creating a Case in SalesForce Cases with incoming call

    Hi everyone!

    Forgive my ignorance, my team had an idea today that I'd like to explore. We use SalesForce Cases for our client support and a big pain point for us is having to ask for the clients name and business so we can then create a case. Is there a way for an incoming call to create a case based on the incoming phone number?

    Any help would be great!

    P.S Also we are on SalesForce Classic.

    Hello @Simon Cundall,

    Please take a look at the following guide to create an integration to do what you need:
    https://www.3cx.com/docs/crm-integration/

    That will let you lookup for a contact number on incoming calls, and then you can launch another URL to create a case.
