CRM API- Invoking StoreCallInformation

    I have been trying with this CRM API for quite some time now. My problem is that the 3CX Assistant is not invoking StoreCallInformation when a call arrives/ends. I have set HasToStoreCallInformation to True. I am using 3CX assistant v9. Any idea or any fix for this ?
