CRM Integration module - Input string error

    Hi Guys.

    Having problems with implementing the CRM integration module. Downloaded the latest version so it can work with ACT2013 but....

    on an incoming call the number pops up in the little popup but also get an error screen displaying the following...

    3CX CRM INTEGRATION
    An error occured prossing an inbound call from 07871234567
    Input string was not in the correct format

    Cant find any information on this anywhere

    the call is all being connected but just get the above error and wont conncet to sage CRM.

    Any help is most appreciated.

    I have just configured with Dynamics CRM 2011 and I have the exact same error.
    Tried different phone numbers, tried leaving just 1 entity to search instead of all 3 like Leads,Accounts and Contacts.
    Tried monitoring the traffic with Fiddler but no request is being sent to the CRM, except from when I change any option in the plugin and press OK.

    Anyone that can help about this ? Since it is happening with 2 different CRM's probably it might be a bug on the plugin...

    Ok, I got an update about this. We contacted 3CX and they told us that this is a known issue. They provided us with an updated version of the plugin that worked fine.
    Woodhouse, contact them and they can send the updated plugin to you
