I have 3cx myphone installed and desktop components. Does anyone know why non of these registry keys show up? This post is from June 4th 2011 so i don't understand why this doesn't work.

I read somewhere the new MyPhone (3cx phone system version 10) is a silverlight application and hence different from the 3cx assistant (3cx phone system version 9) last time. I found the callNotifer at C:\ProgramData\3CXMyPhone Client Addin folder and the register can be found using regedit and search for "3cxmyphone" but callnotifier cannot be found.

I am also trying to integrate outlook 2010 to do an outbound call but the documentations for the API is a bit lacking at this moment.

Updated: I have successfully integrated outlook 2010 as per post following this

Solution to using CallNotifier Myphone Silverlight

I got this working as on 25/7/2011. I am using visual basic. Here is an example. Note you need to add reference to the libraries.

    -----------------------------------code start ----------------------------------------------------------

    Imports System.Data
    Imports System
    Imports System.Runtime.InteropServices

    Private Sub MainRoutine

'Try to use 3cx to dial out the number

Dim strPhoneNumber as string = "91234567" 'This is an example phone number

    Try
    Dial3cx(strPhoneNumber)
    Catch
    '3cx not installed?
    End Try

    End Sub

Private Sub Dial3cx(ByVal strPhoneNumber As String)

    'Dial using 3cx
    Dim my3cxCallInfo As New ProcessStartInfo

    With my3cxCallInfo
    .FileName = "C:\ProgramData\3CXMyPhone Client Addin\CallNotifier.exe"
.Arguments = "-cmd makecall:" & strPhoneNumber
    End With

    Process.Start(my3cxCallInfo)

    End Sub

    --------------------------------------------Code ends ---------------------------------------------------

A little late to the party, but as for why the registry keys "don't show up":

Note that on a 64-bit system, the registry key adds "Wow6432Node\"

    HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\3CX\MyPhone\CallNotifier

    Hope that helps,
