CRM order number

    Dear Edosa any step by step to make this with 3CX call flow ? I didn't find a sample like this on your CallFlow manuals.

    There are plenty of examples of how to prompt a caller for an account number, but I think ultimately you want to perform a screen pop that brings up the appropriate contact in your CRM based on the account number the customer entered. That's fairly complicated, particularly if you are sending the caller to a queue. In this case, when the agent answers the queue call, it will need to look at the 3CX call ID, and match that to the account number entered by the caller, then pop the URL with the account number as a parameter. This will require both a CFD application, and a CRM plugin. We do this with all our CRM integrations, and much more. If you need help, contact us at https://www.VoIPTools.com.
