CRM popup AFTER call answered

    Hi Guys,

    Anyone know if the CRM plugin poping up AFTER the call has been answered is the new way in V10??? on v9 when an incoming call came in it would popup the CRM screen showing you who is calling so you could screen it. Hence ignore call if needs be.
