Hello, I have a bunch of yealink W56P controlled for multiple 3CX CTI Phones on multiple desktops. I have two issues: 1. Hold after dialling. When I dial a number on the 3CX Phone in CTI Mode and answer the Yealink W56P to place the call I am on hold for the first 4-8 seconds. Why is this. Is it possible to change this. I would like it to start ringing immediately. 2. Is there no assisted transfer in CTI Mode? I know it is possible to conduct an assisted transfer from the W56P but I would like to do this from the softphone. If this isn't possible, are there any workarounds? Thanks for your help.
