CTI not working with HTEK UC842

    HTEK has latest firmware.
    3CX V14 SP3

    Just installed a couple of these phones. Provisioned with 3CX provided files.
    The CTI mode does not work. Get no response from 3CX Windows client, Make Call does not work either.
    This is a supported phone and I was under the impression that this function would work.
    Am I missing something?

    Hello @RussRiopelle

    Do you have devices that work with CTI in your network or are just these phones that do not work?
    It sounds like a network issue if the make call function does not work either.
    Try upgrading to V15 and see if the issue exists there

    We have well over 100 Yealink T32G phones that work just fine with this. We will be upgrading to V15 in a few months but I am deploying several of these HTEK phones now and just cannot figure out why it does not work with these phones. Many people use this feature on the Yealinks and really like it. Whatever help you could provide would be appreciate.

    Can you clarify if you are using the latest supported firmware 1.0.4.0.17
    Are your phone behind an SBC?

    If you want to have CTI, then you must upgrade to v15.5 in which CTI has been greatly improved using uaCSTA support.
