Current Calls + Extensions in use

    Could you please keep a view in the Management Console so we can see what extensions (or system extensions) are in use / on calls and the ability to disconnect these.

    I had to restart services yesterday to drop an active call that was basically "in limbo" No one on the phone, and hard to tell that there is a current call if you don't look carefully.

    Yes, + show the Trunks and what calls are going over them.

    We have multiple SIP trunks and diagnosing issues can be done much quicker if we can see what line they have come in over.

    Possibly enable the ability to click on 'Current Calls' and it takes you to a Trunk Status page showing you the status.

    That would save some headaches when trying to find stranded calls. Right now I restart the services as you mentioned but it would be great to see those active calls with the trunk they are associated with.

    I think the system has been made a lot harder to support with the lack of this.

    I leave this screen running all the time. Badly missed. Hard to troubleshoot the first v15 install without it.
