Custom CRM Question

    Hi Everyone -
    We have a new customer coming on board who wants to invoke the call recording API to get snippets of calls however still record the over all call for there own training purposes, The snippets will be used for external auditing.

    EG They sign up customers for a range of different products, Power, Phones, TV so they need each section in a different snippet so if they have to give the provider access, They only hear the part of the call relevant to them.

    They want to know if it is possible that when they invoke that API Call, They can associate a specific job tag or unique identified to the call recording file, That way picking it up later will be a lot more straight forward.

    Has anyone had to do this type of integration before? Or is there a better way to do this?

    Look forward to hearing some feedback.
