Custom reporting on unanswered calls.

    I've raised queries previously about the way 3cx identifies a call diverting to another queue as abandoned, but it seems that there is no way if fixing that.

    But I do still need some way of reporting on calls that do not get answered. I see on the call reports there is a specific type of entry that is created which shows the status as unanswered with a disposition of "terminated by [caller number]". It would satisfy my needs to be able to report on that number in place of the existing abandoned statistic.

    How would one go about creating a custom report to be able to pull back this data?
