Custom reports

    Hi, we have a requirement for some custom reports or extending the existing reports.

    the first requirement is to show number of incoming calls to a queue, but with the calls grouped by rinign time into bands
    0-5 seconds, 6-15 seconds, 16-30 seconds, 30+ seconds

    we need this for answered calls and abandoned calls.

    is it possible to extend the existing reports or add new ones? is there DB access available?
